Service Conditions
The service terms formulated herein apply to all scenarios where users browse, select and obtain product resources through the platform. All service contents launched by the platform for user product transactions are subject to the constraint of these specifications, and any service behavior involving platform product transactions shall be deemed to be in compliance with the core requirements of this agreement.
Users shall abide by objective and fair transaction principles in the process of selecting and purchasing products. All personal operation decisions related to product selection and transaction shall be independently judged and confirmed by users themselves. The platform will provide true and effective product-related display information as far as possible, and users shall complete independent identification and judgment of product information before transaction confirmation.
In the process of service provision, the platform will strictly maintain the normal transaction order and protect the legitimate usage rights of all compliant users. For any behavior that violates service specifications, disrupts transaction order or harms collective interests, the platform has the right to take corresponding restrictive measures according to the actual situation, including but not limited to limiting partial service access authority.
The platform will regularly optimize service processes and upgrade service functions based on user usage feedback and service operation status. The optimized and adjusted service contents will take effect after public display. Continuous use of the platform service by users after the update announcement is deemed as acceptance of the latest service specifications.
