Return Policy

      Basic return access is granted to intact items with complete matching parts and original packaging integrity.
      All return petitions need to go through standard internal inspection procedures before formal confirmation.
      We will appropriately arrange follow-up service procedures for qualified return demands as far as practicable.
      Abnormal item conditions caused by improper external factors will not be applicable to regular return services.
      Users shall fully understand relevant service specifications before putting forward return related demands.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
